Interview
I mailed in my application. I got a call a few weeks later to set up an interview. It was very casual. Two parks directors interviewed me. They just went over the same questions that were on my application and had me expand on them. Very straight forward and easy. They called me a week later with a job offer.

Interview
I applied through the mail and was called for an interview that month. The interview was very quick and casual. I sat with the two supervisors while they went over my resume, but they didn't ask me many questions. The next week I got a call saying I got the job and I was sent training information. The interview is pretty much pointless, you basically already have the job if they set up an interview.
