Phone Screening, followed by in- person interview, followed by an assignment that was reviewed by the hiring team. Reached out to the company multiple times after final (3rd) interview, and received no word from anyone at the company. Serious lack of professional communication.

There is an intro call, which is very chill. She just asked me if I had any questions about the job. then an hour-long 2-part online interview with 2 separate groups of people. They ask you regular questions and it is pretty conversational.

Once your application is submitted, you'll go through a three-tiered interview process: 1) Screening interview w/ HR 2) Follow-up Team Interview: An opportunity to meet some analysts and members of the client services team. (Potentially your future teammates!) Details: - Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews. - Each interview is hosted by two members of the WCF Team. 3) Technical Project: Requires research, analytical framing, and communications around your conclusion. WCF is looking for critical thinking, technical ability, attention to detail, and professionalism for the project. Details: - You set a meeting date to present your technical project to members of the WCF advisory team. - You'll receive the prompt for your technical project one week out from your meeting Other Notes: Typically, all three interviews are held over a video conferencing service. Although this may be subject to change in the future.
