Interview experience from 2022. Applied online. Received a call the next day from a recruiter, he asked basic questions and went over my resume. Received an email from the hiring manager the same day to set up an interview the next day. The first interview was with 3 team members, basic technical and behavioral questions. A few days later the recruiter called back and wanted to know my vaccination status and details regarding employment. A few days after that another invitation to interview but with a senior manager and the hiring manager. When the time for that interview came only the senior manager showed up. Did not ask any technical or hr type questions. Seemed like an informal conversation. After this interview I did not hear back from the recruiter, sent an email , no response. A year later a new recruiter from the company emailed me and wanted to know what happened with my interviews, I said I was unsure as I wasn’t informed of anything, they said they didn’t know either and that’s why they were reaching out to me. ….
