Basic questions applying to people skills and problem solving. Also looks for responsible and dependable workers that are cheerful and willing to work for extended shifts. Very simple interview. Need reliable means of transportation.

Question 1
How do you handle mistakes that are your fault? How do you handle mistakes that have been made that aren't your fault?
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
