Applied online with a recommendation from a friend. Got a call 3 months later for an interview. Interview was simple "Why Wendy's?" and "Are you a shy person or outgoing?". Offered a job on the spot. Manager told me I may be working late hours (past 11 on school nights) and told me to buy non slip shoes and black work pants.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
The interview was very unprofessional. The hiring manager who was interviewing me was very rude in rushing throughout the interview. After the interview, I did not hear back for several weeks until I called them again.
