Good, flipping burgers wasn't for me though. Need a better career that pays well. Just sat down with a manager and they interviewed me. No fuss, was straight forward. Asked questions and answers questions.

The interview process was long and arduous. 3 rounds of panel interviews, followed by a Wonderlic evaluation and then I was asked about my astrological sign. Even though it was a difficult evaluation process, I learned alot about myself in the process while also learning a lot about the Wendy's company culture. I think they are really dedicated to finding the right fit.
