Super easy and informative. I got to see the different departments and meet the managers and shift leaders. I felt very welcome and comfortable. I was asked your typical interview questions and was given time to ask all the questions I had.

the interview included a walk through of the facility . Also got to meet staff during the walk through. The interview was about an hour long, with the manager and supervisor taking turns asking questions.

Interviewed in a panel setting, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Everyone seemed very down to earth and understanding of weaknesses and have a training period to assess that and work with you to improve that area. For a new graduate, that meant a lot! They explained the interview process and job requirements up front. Everyone took turns asking questions. Very smooth and professional interview!
