Interview
I was screened out after 5 minutes for having less than 1 year of experience, but my resume clearly stated I was a new graduate. They did not take into account how much other experience I had before my FNP degree, such as RN experience or previous work experience applicable to the position including FNP rotations.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wellstar Health System (Lagrange, GA)
Interview
I have 2 online interviews and 1 in person interview. They were really easy. We just talked about my experience and how the office runs. The interview was with the office manager, manager over physician recruitment and a few doctors that work in the area.
