I applied online on March 14 and took the Gallup assessment on March 16, 2018. A recruiter called to schedule an interview with me, the interview took place on April 30. Five references were asked to review my nursing skills which was completed last week. I am waiting on the next step.

Very straight forward! I was so nervous but the interviewer was nice and didn’t come off as intimidating so that helped me relax a bit. I was sent an offer the following week.
