Interview
Interview was fairly standard. Was asked about experience and why would I want the job. Questions like how do I react in certain situations and was asked about my future career goals. I interviewed with the doctor and hiring manager. And they both asked me questions about myself and why did I choose the medical field. Those types of standard questions. They definitely wanted to know my skill level and if I was able to do certain medical field related things.
The CMA interview process at Wellstar typically involves an application review, a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview assessing clinical skills, teamwork, and alignment with organizational values. Very reliable
The interview process was very easy and the office manager was very easy to speak with. I can honestly say I would apply again if I could. I think all office managers should take a small lesson from her.

I was called by interviewee followed by a email confirming the interview. Interviewed by two people who promised they would get back to me about a decision a week later and still have not heard anything.
