interview process was super easy and through the phone. they had the initial interview which lasted roughly 5-10 minutes then a longer one the second time around. longest part was the training that took roughly 2 months on top of the background checks after i got hired.
Phone Interview - typical interview questions, including situational (STAR Method) questions while learning more about the position. Lasted about 15 minutes with easy to average difficulty level. This is the first of two interviews.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
