I applied on campus through career services. i was contacted by someone in HR at WellsCap saying they would not be able to host on campus interviews do to the staff member being unavailable. i replied offering to go to the WellsCap office and they agreed. interviewed there with HR, manager of the team, and other team member.

I initially contacted WellsCap on my school's career manager page. A woman from HR contacted me and said they were cancelling on campus interviews and so I proposed an interview on site. I went, expecting a 30 minute interview with someone in HR. I interviewed with HR for about 20 minutes, and then two people on the team I would be working for, each for about 30 minutes. I then got a walking tour of the building.
