The process took a month. I've heard from the recruiter about 2 weeks after applying and scheduled my first round the next week. There are 3 rounds of interviews about 30-45 minutes each (2 virtual and final in person) plus 2-3 reference checks. All rounds went super well. You'll speak with the recruiter, a sales manager, and then the sales executive. They were all pleasant to speak with.
It's great to highlight your contributions and achievements in previous sales/business dev roles or something similar, show how well-rounded you'd be by explaining the value you'll bring to Gympass and how you'll do that ( show your personality, mention aspirations that'll align with the company, and not come off salesy), and make sure your responses are well thought out and articulate.
Remember to treat the interview like a conversation, but remain professional of course.

I went through a 4-stage interview process for a BDR role based out of the Miami office that included two interviews, a case presentation, and a final interview.
The process was really smooth and well-organized. Everything happened within 3 weeks, and I got an offer shortly after the final round.
Everyone I spoke with, from talent acquisition to senior team members, was professional, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The interviews were mostly behavioral and situational, focused on understanding how I think and communicate. There were no tricky or unexpected questions, just thoughtful conversations aimed at getting to know me better.
Overall, it was a great experience. I really appreciated how structured and transparent the process was, and it was clear the team puts a lot of care into hiring. I highly recommend 10/10.
