Application for the role mentioned the followup from London was quick and my skillset suited an additional role. 45 min call with the lead recruiter deep-diving into both roles, company strategy (post-funding round), OTE structure. Stated the followup would be with two-line managers. Multiple emails sent from my end over the course of 3 weeks to followup & provide feedback, no communication from the head of talent over the course of 4 emails. Communication lines are clearly non-existent and indicative of poor company culture.
Note to management: just manage candidates expectations with easy followup emails. If your talent team impose their own timelines and don't adhere to them indicates that there is a systemic problem with communication lines.
