Phone call and two interviews. Spoke with manager and director in the region for which I was applying to. the work culture is kind, flexible and innovative. A lot of technology is in use for the company which is a big plus!

Very informal. The reviewer made me feel comfortable. There was not a set of canned questions to be answered yet all the job essentials were addressed. Final decision was totally left up to me.
