Weiss Asset Management interview questions

The interview process was over multiple rounds. First, standard behavioral, then an assessment, then multi step live assessment. Many questions were about specific scenarios that would likely come up in the job and asking you to explain your work and thought process.

Application, OA, Phone Screen, First round, Second round, Virtual onsite (2-3 interviews). It was very friendly and happened in a timely manner. Got the sense that Weiss highly values intellectual thought and the ability to rationalize decisions
