Interview
It was quick, a single interview with the HR manager and a member of floor management. Some pretty straightforward questions asked and a very quick follow up after to offer a position with the team
I was interviewed by a German guy and a lady. They spoke about career growth in the company but could specify where or what. They mentioned training courses but again not what company. It felt like a chat with no actual structure. And then I got offered the position there and then.
