Very thorough process. They make sure to try and get the best candidate for the job. They do their best to have not only the candidate be a good fit for the company, but also that the company is a good fit for the candidate.

Phone call interview, then in person at the main office and then in person with their regional project manager at one of the job sites. The process was OK, definitely seems like a family oriented company culture. But the offer was below average compared to their competitors.
