it is a long and difficult interview process. you have to be prepare. phone interview last about 1 hour then called in for 2 more interview because they make their decision.
The process was definitely lengthy. They ask a lot of scenario based questions. Even as a cashier the interview is pretty long. I would definitely prepare to answer a lot of “what would you do if” questions.
