2 interviews First one: several behavioral questions (what would you do in this situation) and general questions like availability, do you go to school? Second one: a new employee asks you some of the same questions as the first. It is much shorter and it seems more like a formality

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
