Telephone interview is almost like a second online application, which is understandable for how many applicants they get. Very straightforward questions to answer regarding availability and previous jobs. I feel as though those same questions could be answered online, as it wasn’t much of a conversation compared to a traditional interview.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
