I just had a phone interview. The woman seemed nice and asked a lot of general questions. I was told that I would hear back in about 3 to 4 weeks if they want to do a face to face interview.

It was an easy and quick call over the phone, and then an in-person behavioral. They just want to see how you would act in stressful situations, and what your previous job experience looks like.

What was a challenge you had and how did you overcome it?
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
