Because of all the questions I had reviewed on this site, my telephone interview went very smoothly. All questions asked I was prepared for! The woman interviewer was very nice. She asked me to elaborate on the on the job injury I had had at my past job, and reassured me that the job requirements would not prevent me from being able to do the job.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Short Pump, VA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Someone said on here that the interview is set up like good cop bad cop and that is 100% correct. They try to intimidate you and they ask you really pointless, basic questions that really don’t tell them much about you. They barely asked me anything about myself. The sad part is that they really use this poor method to hire people. At the end of the day they act like it’s the most prestigious place to work & when it’s not. So don’t act like it’s the end of the world if you don’t get the job.
