After a successful phone interview I was immediately sent a message for an in-person interview which I immediately signed up for. I arrived early and the people who interviewed me were very nice, they should me the area where I would work (leading me on, you’ll see me say that again) but the questions were extremely manipulative and had nothing to do with the job I had applied for, and most of them were in regards to my previous positions and conflict that occurred in them. I was not offered the job, which is fine, but I found it EXTREMELY unprofessional. I gave full availability, 10+ years of customer service experience, and had references from two current employees. If they were not happy with my questions or anything else, that should have been saved for the first, over the phone interview. It does not look good, as a company, to lead a potential employee on. Professionalism goes both ways.
Also, if you have a college degree, I HIGHLY recommend dumbing it down, they asked a lot of questions regarding that in (again, manipulative ways). This seems like a great company to work for, however, the interview process is by far the worst out of the three jobs and college interviews I have been too. When I did interviews at my first job, we would NEVER trail someone on after the first interview.
