Solo interview with the branch manager and the assistant manager at the hiring location. Discussed previous employers, potential job duties and expectations. Process was very short and concise, maybe 30 minutes at most.
Typical process for the interview with no real hard ball questions. Manager was traditional type and knowing that it was easy to appeal to that. I just spoke about myself and related it to the job requirements.

Was called into interview with manager, some interviews will have two managers. Was called a week later with an offer. I would recommend reaching out the the manager, I've heard it can be hard to get in with Webster.
