The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WebstaurantStore (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was straightforward and typical for a standard job application process. The interviewer asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions, covering topics relevant to the position. The atmosphere was professional, and the conversation flowed naturally. There were moments of clarification and elaboration, but overall, the interaction felt structured and balanced. The duration was appropriate, neither too long nor too short. The interview concluded with an overview of the next steps in the hiring process and an opportunity for questions. It was a standard experience, meeting the usual expectations of a job interview.
