I applied online and the next day, I received an email to select a few proposed times. The office manager emailed back quickly with a screening call the next day. After the screening call they asked me if I could come the same day for an interview. I declined, and received a slot for the next day at 6:00 a.m.
I show up at 6:00 am and was told my time is 6:30 but Mr. Webb could see me now. They sat me down for a test drive and 10 minutes later I saw Mr. Webb. He asked me the same questions as the screening and if I worked in high school. Which I did. He then followed up if I was promoted. Which I was. He then asked if I do any civil litigation. They let me ask questions and that was it where I was returned for the test drive. The test drive was a little antiquated. Sending an email, a typing test, checking grammar, and a small writing sample. As I was on the last part I was told 20 minutes later I could leave and they would be in touch. All of this in 35 minutes. They had so many people coming in for interviews it’s impossible to gauge a person. I understand Mr. Webb had to go to LA, but interviews should have been held off until he had the time and were more organized. I woke up at 4 am for this interview and felt like I got nothing out of it, Not sure if I will receive a follow up, but if I do, I will be declining.
