The interview process was that of a large company. Highly complex with personality checks. Complete unnecessary for a sales role of a company of that size and complete over kill.
After an arduous interview process I was offered less than what I was currently on by the MD... I have no idea what he thought was going to happen when he did that. Perhaps it was his way of asking me to leave.

Interview
Initial conversation with CEO. He was really rude and unprofessional. He asked me if I worked in China or HK because I am Asian (I am not Chinese) and even hung up the call while I am talking. I think he never knows the interviewees he met can also be customers. The worst interview experience ever.
