Very comfortable and laid back process. You will meet with both of the call center managers, but they make the process very enjoyable. This was probably the most enjoyable and interactive interview I have ever had.

Interview
The process for me was very fast and smooth. I talked to a manager on the phone, the next day I went in for an interview. Shortly after I left the interview they called me and offered me the position, which I accepted!
