I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Weather Shield Manufacturing (Medford, WI) in May 2018
Interview
Was fairly simple. Just submit an application. You do have to do a physical test along with a drug test. They will have you come in for a one on one interview as well. It is fairly simple and easy to do as they need some workers.
