Long and drawn out process. Unsure of what they actually want. The comms sent to be had the wrong spelling of my very easy to spell name, wrong role and took a month for the first reach out after my referral.
Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
