I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WeWork (London, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
All interviews via Zoom. The management of the process by We Works “ talent “ team was chaotic. You never deal with the same person and so it seems no one is really managing the process. Took an eternity to get any feedback. Overall does not reflect well on what it would be like to be an employee. A poor and frustrating process!,
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at WeWork (Denver, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
3 part - (1) Phone Interview with Hiring Manage (2) In-Person with Director of Construction and local Construction Project Manager (3) Video Interview with Construction Sr. Project Manager. The third interview had to be rescheduled as this person was caught on-site and could not make it on time. I was notified 5 mins after the interview was supposed to take place. I was super disappointed, but understand that things happen onsite.
The 3 interviews took about a week and half, very fast. After each interview the team gave very positive feedback and said I would be a great addition to the team and I should be hearing from HR soon.
After the interviews, I followed up with the hiring manager (she never once emailed me first) who kept saying "next week" for about 3 weeks and then eventually "next month" and then never heard back.
With the canceled interview super last minute, and the hiring/recruiting team not ever providing an update to let a candidate know where they stand, what else is going wrong with the company and where else do they lack structure?
