      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WeWork (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2025

      Interview

Initially, I found the process very exciting and invigorating. There was alot of communication throughout, even though the interview process involved a lot of steps and conversations with different folks. Be prepared for them to want to move super quickly, and adapt to their schedule for interview times. It was a very high-touch process, and I was guided through and checked in on by the team consistently. After two in-person interviews, they basically told me I was the perfect candidate, and the final interview I needed was just a formality. They would be looking for me to start in the next few days, if possible, as they really needed someone in the position, and "I was the ideal candidate for the role, both experience and temperament-wise". They repeatedly said they had accelerated me through the process and were already discussing a successful onboarding period. I had begun prepping for my exit at my current job, but I said I would like to give two weeks to my current job in my final interview. Other than that, it seemed to have gone great, and they told me they would likely have an offer out by EOD. This was a Friday afternoon. I reached out to them on Monday afternoon, as I had not heard anything, and they did not reply. Two days later, I got an automated email thanking me for my time, but they then decided not to make an offer with no additional information. Thankfully, I was smart enough not to give notice without a formal offer in hand, but it was very confusing. The job 8 months later, the position is still vacant. That said, I did not end up getting an offer, and it was kind of jarring after such a positive experience to be sent only automated responses.

I applied online. I interviewed at WeWork (Paris)

      Interview
