Disappointing experience overall. The interviewer seemed heavily intoxicated. Not joking. Not Exaggerating. He was completely unprofessional and I'm sure that really affected the interview and my potential employment. Hopeful for better representation of company culture in future interactions.

Applied online and about 1 week later I received an email to arrange an initial video call with the recruiter. This was just a general chat about your experience and why you want to work for WeWork.
This was followed by a 2 hour onsite interview where I met with the manager and my potential team. I got to do a tour of the office and then had two tasks to do to plan out events
3 days later I hear feedback that I had a final round, 1 week later I had a video call with another manager which was a very quick chat about the company and what community means to me.
The next day I got a call with an offer
