The interview process was a very standard and generic first round. I was asked only generic questions and then told some details about the CSM function and the role responsibilities.
Unfortunately I never heard back after the interview, despite sending a follow up email a couple of days after. Poor communication.

Interview
I had my first round interview with the head of customer success, the process was smooth. However, the person left the company without giving me any notes or follow-up on my application. I only found out when I got an auto reply after sending out my 2nd follow-up email.
My interviewer was very nice, welcoming and friendly. Gave the intention that they were really curious about me and my experiences and was generous with their time answering my questions.
