I interviewed at We. Communications (London, England)
Interview
I had three interviews and the process was smooth. People were supportive and nice and provided assistance throughout the process. Overall it took around 2-3 weeks . The questions of the interview were behavioural and very easy to make conversation with.
For We.Social Impact. Initial screening call and then a call with two directors. The second interview was very old fashioned. Asked questions including "what do you think your weaknesses are", "what do you think we're looking for". Felt very lazily done compared to other interviews.

Question 1
What do you think your strengths and weaknesses are. Can you talk about your experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at We. Communications in Mar 2024
Interview
Beware: Catfishing. WE’s recruiter reached out to me about an AM role and quoted me a salary in the high-five figures in two conversations. After I went through three rounds of interviews - including with the manager for this role - the recruiter came back to me and said that while I was a strong candidate, the interviewers thought I would be “a better fit” at a lower level and lower salary. This “feedback” came after the manager for this role called out how I moved up in my previous agency very quickly.
