Very swift and well-structured interview process. Each session had a clear objective, evaluating different areas of expertise while also testing the understanding of the role and industry. The company was very accommodating to my situation (managing another offer during the process), and ultimately presented a competitive compensation package. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was friendly and genuinely enjoyable to speak with. Some may find the process demanding, as it involves multiple stakeholder discussions and a presentation, but I felt it was a thorough and fair assessment. It took me about 2 weeks from start to finish.
