Initial phone call to tell me about the job. Very clear explanation of next steps on process for their top 20 or so candidates. I received an invitation to the next phase of the interview. They sent me the questions in advance. I felt it went really well. They let me know the next step would be an in person interview for the final candidates. I never heard anything back after that, not even a generic email letting me know they were looking at other candidates.
