Interview
I interviewed with a panel including the principal and one teacher from each grade level that currently had an opening. Each panel member had the opportunity to ask me questions pertaining to their grade level so they could determine which grade level team I would best fit. All of the panelists were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

How do you provide differentiated instruction for your students?
The process was quick and all administration staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. Response were given quickly and then process ran smoothly. Overall the interview process went well. The interview was a 3 part process.

Interview
I only had a phone interview as they were looking to full the position quickly. It lasted about 20 minutes and was obvious that the common theme was building community in the school. They Then Asked Me To Email A copy of lesson plans and any other achievements. The next day I stopped by to see the school and was offered the position. Since, I've heard that they will make a candidate come in and teach a model lesson.
