It was 1 on 1 in the first round. If you pass the first round they will have you come in for a 2nd round in which you will meet with the Director as well.

I came in and took the National Dispatch Test and pass and got brought back for the in person interview and they had me start to fill out background information for an investigation to be done and I would be then contacted by an investigator. I was never contacted by an investigator no was I ever contacted until I sent multiple emails trying to find out the status of my application.
