Very short, mostly discussed values and integrity. As long as you are a hard worker who cares about what they do, you should be fine. I would also recommend mentioning an interest in growing or adding value to the company.

Weak. Management doesn't know anything about real interviews. You'd be surprised how many slip through. I've seen some of the shotty work the management did when they were in the field and they are luck they didn't flood half of a high rise. Inexperience runs deep in this company and it will show in the hiring process.
