I received a phone call about two or three weeks after applying online for the position. An in-person interview was scheduled for the following afternoon and I was offered the position less than 48 hours after the interview.
Fair, easy questions about customer service skills, previous experience (drink making, cash handling, food preparation, food handling, order taking, asked about how you operate in a team environment, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
One interview, hired on the spot.
