Wave Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview went well. It was quite long, though. Everyone was welcoming and smiling, which just made you want to continue. The two women, Magui and Jenifer, made me feel at ease and quickly relaxed the atmosphere, allowing me to be myself. Everything was clear, and the communication was smooth.

I was contacted by Mr Ibrahima Ndoye, who invited me to an interview for the position of Customer support representative at wave. When I arrived,he asked me to introduce myself and told me about the position and what would be expected of me. he asked me questions about the position, and after I had answered all of them, he confirmed the interview and informed me that I would have to attend another interview with the managers and undergo a medical examination if all went well before being accepted and starting training. So I had the interview with the managers, who approved me,and I also passed the medical examination.
