It was three rounds. The first round was with the recruiter. The second and third round was with the Customer Support team leads. The interview process was fairly straightforward and well structured.

Two-step process, initial call with a recruiter and then a group call with a Team Lead Leads. Overall was a very welcoming interview process and they just want to know more about you and who you are.

Interview
Really smooth, fun interview process. I applied on LinkedIn and received an email from the recruiter for a 30 minute phone interview. I was told it would be about a week to hear back, a few days later I received an email to move forward to second round with team leads via Zoom. That interview was a lot of fun- very relaxed, really let’s your personality shine. It was more of a get to know you type interview rather than a replay of your resume, however you can speak on your experiences to really let yourself show through. I had received a phone call with my offer within the week.

Interview
The process consisted of an email confirming interest in setting up an interview, and scheduling a phone call to go over the job, and confirm if I was still interested. Once I confirmed, an interview was set up for the next week over Zoom.
Interview was approximately 45 minutes, with two Team Leads. Interview felt more conversational, and the questions were in line and related to the position
