Applied for Marketing position I was more then qualified for, and didn't hear back from Watkins Wellness one way or the other, so I called and inquired as to my application status, and was told they were still processing the applications.
Called back again after another month, left a message and was told someone would contact me, but I never heard back.
I called yet again after another month, and left a message, and was told someone would contact me, and yet again, nobody ever did.
Very unprofessional organization with little to no follow-through on their commitments!
Recommendations:
* Use a software system to send out automated email communications, to acknowledge application received, and to acknowledge processing of application, and to let applicants know if they have been selected or not.
* Respond to phone inquiries in one form or another, instead of simply ignoring them (unprofessional), or losing messages (unorganized).

Interview
Very extensive screening, Skype interviews, and over 10 hours of in-person interviews. This was intense, but made it abundantly clear this was the kind of company I wanted to join. It showed how careful and intentional they were about finding the right fit, values and commitment in hiring their employees.
