Interview
I handed in my application to the manager on duty and was told to return the next day for an interview. He kept me waiting for 20 minutes, but, after I was hired, I was told he was testing my sincerity. I just thought it was rude. Lots of typical questions, nothing abnormal. He said he hired me for my smile.

Interview
I went in and applied because it was close to my apartment. They hired me right way because I had experience and could work weekends. They barely looked at my application. They didn't call my old boss or check my work history. It took about ten minutes and I started training a day or two later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They made sure I could work weekends. They asked how long I had been at my previous job and how many years I had working as a server. They let me know it was fast paced for breakfast.

Interview
Had to wait a long time before a manager came to talk to me. I did not feel that my time was very important to them. Almost left before a manager came by to speak with me.
