Two rounds of interviews. The first was with the direct store team and the second was with the corporate team. Both interviews were in person and I received a phone call confirming I got the job within a week following the second interview

I had two in person interviews at the main store on Melrose. The environment was nice and the conversations were fashion-driven and intentional; they’re essentially trying to get a read if you’re going to fit well with the personalities of the other coworkers and the overall vibe of the store
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wasteland (Studio City, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied online. I was contacted by General Manager through email, we schedule an in-person interview at the Studio City location. I was interviewed by two location managers. Moved on to a second interview, GM also set up via email, this time it was with himself and the Ops. Manager. After the second interview, I was told I would hear back from them with a decision. Three weeks later, still no word. I emailed GM regarding where I stood in the hiring process, he wrote the position was filled. The whole ordeal was unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The worst part, I was asked an illegal question. Smh.
