I applied through other source. I interviewed at Washington University in St. Louis
Interview
Good communication during the early process. Pay range was grossly misreported and I was told the very bottom of the range was the only actual offer they could make (range of about $70,000 from low to high end). Completed a lengthy assignment, several in person interviews including a panel and then crickets.

Interview
The process took months. I had actually given up on the idea of working there. It was kind of awkward and while I did have three meetings with them, only one was in person.

Interview
The interview was held via Zoom and lasted 45 minutes. There were four people in the interview, all people who would work on some capacity with the person in this role. Each person asked a few questions and then they left time for me to ask questions . It was all very professional.
