Bureaucratic, long and drawn out, little communication, panel interviews that use pre-set questions, little engagement during interview (interviewers seemed to be too busy to interact, follow up, etc.). No follow up from agency after the interview.

1 hour Interview panel process. Panelist asked well prepared questions and allow me time to ask the Panelist questions. Panelist received my resume ahead of team and asked in depth questions on relevant work experience and qualifications for the position.
