I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Warner Bros. (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
After applying online answering some specific application questions, I was invited along with about 40 other students to compete for 5 roles. After an icebreaker, we were split into groups to prepare a 2 minute presentation. Having given our presentations, 30 candidates were sent home. This was a very poorly run and inefficient way of hiring students for an intern role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
no questions were asked as there was not even an interview
It was an entertaining process, first I had to send my CV, Cover letter and to write some answers for example which is my favourite movie and why. The next stage was a video interview with 4-5 questions and the final step was a assessment centre.

Interview
Applied online and was informed to attend an assessment centre. Assessment starts with introducing yourself to all the hiring managers with all potential candidates present. Follow by a group exercise which is to think of promotion ideas for Warner Bros. movies.
